Formerly a foreign investment lawyer at a leading international law firm, Mr. Shi brings deep legal and transactional expertise to ELI Holdings. He now focuses on the new economy, specialising in RWA tokenisation, Web3 and AI-driven business models, helping the firm expand into emerging technology-enabled investment opportunities while maintaining its strong foundation in traditional cross-border advisory.
